Genesis Dance and Drama Academy students have the opportunity to enter into local Eisteddfods. We are fortunate enough to have a strong Eisteddfod team, directed by our own talented teachers and choreographers. Eisteddfods provide students with opportunities to build their performing arts skills outside of their weekly lessons. Competing in Eisteddfods is great fun with the element of challenge. Students will grow incredibly, not only in their technique but performance skills.

Eisteddfods provide enriching opportunities for our dancers including:

  • refinement of technique

  • rising to a challenge

  • development of discipline

  • teamwork and bonding

  • learning new and exciting choreography
